Bulk E-Glass Bags
High performance glass filaments are assembled and voluminised by passing over high pressure air jets to produce a lofted, continuous acoustic and thermal insulating material with outstanding properties. The voluminised glass is contained in sealed bags which ensures easy insertion into the muffler. On initial contact with heat this poly bag is designed to melt releasing the fibres.

Bulk E glass bags are packed in cardboard boxes, placed on a wooden pallet and finally shrink wrapped. The gross weight of a pallet is approximately 150kgs.
